Of Course: "Pro-Israel" J-Street Is More Anti-Israel Than Israel's Sworn Enemies, Equates Israeli Self-Defense With Hamas Violence

J-Street

I just got done listing Libya, Iran, the EU, and the UN as the only organizations and countries going out of their way to equate Hamas's war crimes with Israel's self-defense. I missed one:

Ha'aretz says, "The left-wing Meretz party on Thursday issued a rare call for military action against Hamas in order to bring an end to cross-border attacks on Israel by Gaza militants." Meretz said... But J Street called for superpower intervention to restrain Israel. "Today's IDF strikes will deepen the cycle of violence in the region...We call for immediate, strong diplomatic intervention by the United States, the Quartet and allies in the region."

Here's their full statement in all its idiotic, morally bankrupt glory. They complain about "eight years of American neglect" - because Annapolis didn't happen and history is whatever they want it to be - before calling for international pressure on Israel.

So I'm wondering: if you're objectively more anti-Israel than countries that officially want to wipe out Israel - to the extent that you go out of your way to condemn the Israeli government and the Israeli electorate when they won't - does that mean that you can't call yourself a "pro-Israel organization"? Or does being embraced by the Obama transition team after lying for them during the campaign mean you just get to make up words?
