Ha'aretz has a huge article this morning about how jailed Palestinians are ready to end the war against Israel. That would certainly explain why the IDF just arrested four Islamic Jihad operatives who had two 20-kilogram bombs, why there is a wave of Palestinian fire-bombers spreading across the West Bank, and why Israeli checkpoints are under constant attack. It's also very consistent with Hamas's oaths to keep waging war against Israel, to keep escalating their attacks against Israeli soldiers, to keep dropping rockets on Israeli schools and hospitals, and to keep launching abductions targeting Israelis personnel.

So I guess that's that, huh?
