NYT: Fatah Terrorists Who Killed Two Israelis Are "Fatah Advocates"
Looks like someone in New York used the default Word thesaurus after Taghreed El-Khodary or Isabel Kershner turned in copy with the word "activists". Idiots:
Separately, the Israeli government on Monday released details of two Palestinians in the custody of the Palestinian Authority who are said to have confessed to the Dec. 29 killing of two Israeli settlers who were hiking near Hebron in the West Bank. According to a statement from the Israeli prime minister’s office, the two are Fatah advocates in their 20s from Hebron. One is said to have been “in contact” with the Palestinian General Intelligence service, and the other, a member of Mr. Abbas’s national security force.
At the risk of needlessly casting aspersions on the NYT's multiple levels of rigorously unbiased editorial control, we don't think that that's actually what the PMO's statement said. Luckily, this is not a question beyond the horizon of human scrutiny:

It's like they're not even trying any more.
