There are child-rearing "experts" out there who say that boys and girls can be raised properly without a puppy in the home. Who are these people? Why are they allowed to talk? I'm not even sure I'd endorse some kind of "dog plus pet potty pads" combination. Make the kids walk the puppies twice a day like they're supposed to. Character.
