One Jerusalem Launches Campaign To Save Jerusalem [Video]
Polls show that most Israelis are overwhelmingly against it. The Israeli right is obviously against it. Barak - who once tried offering it to the Palestinians himself - has decided it's a bad idea. But Olmert is getting ready to divide Jerusalem anyway:
Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert hinted on Monday he would be willing to give up annexed neighbourhoods in occupied east Jerusalem as Israel and Palestinians engaged in talks ahead of a peace summit. "Was it necessary to annex the Shufat refugee camp, al-Sawahra, Walajeh and other villages and state that this is also Jerusalem? I must admit, one can ask some legitimate questions on the issue," he told parliament.
