Obviously:

A senior Islamic Hamas movement official in Gaza on Monday called on United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to quit his post "because of his full partiality towards Israel." Mahmoud Zahar, who served as a foreign minister in the former Hamas-led government, accused Ban of violating the rules of the international organization "by his biased attitudes towards Israel." "We follow up with a great concern the biased steps carried out by the UN in relation to Middle East conflicts," Zahar said in a written statement... Zahar also referred to Special rapporteur on human rights in the Palestinian territory John Dugard, who has accused Israel of committing crimes against the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza. "There is an increasing partiality towards the Israeli occupation, and not only this, but also it [the UN] adopts the occupation's position. It also goes far beyond this and justified the occupation's crimes," Zahar said.

We're putting this up not because it's particularly out of character but because there's actually a large swatch of the intellectual left that agrees with these statements. It's a slightly smaller contingent that believes that the US gives "unqualified support to Israel," but there are definitely academics - and many of them - who think that the international communities opposition to Hamas in favor of Fatah is an objectively pro-Israel stance (because maneuvering international relations in a way that gets Israel to give up land to the Palestinians is objectively pro-Israel - obviously).

John Dugard must by definition be anti-Israel, by the by. It is literally in his job description that he is only allowed to criticize Israel and side with the Palestinians. He has endorsed the de facto destruction of the Jewish State. As for the statement that the UN is institutionally biased in favor of Israel - oh come on.
