Palestinians Demand Concessions, Fire Rockets At Israeli Schools And Hospitals. Again.
One of the more surreal parts of Middle East peacemaking is the dramatic distance between Palestinian behavior and Palestinian expectations. Like ill-raised children, the Palestinians expect to be rewarded not in spite of but on account of their (murderous) temper tantrums. Two JPost updates from this morning:
8:56am: Palestinians fire mortars at western Negev
9:15am: PA minister: We'll demand that Israel releases all Palestinian prisoners
The even more surreal part? An overwhelming majority of the world also sees nothing strange about this.
