* Two environmentalists have come up with some practical ideas to save the planet. Naturally, they've been ostracized by the mainstream environmental movement. Because if we fix things, then we might not be able to fundraise by scaring people. And then where would we be?

* At this point, John McCain should consider personally bribing Mel Gibson to make another movie. We've never understood why some people seem to thrive on being offended, but there it is.

* Reminder: Jeri Thompson is not a trophy wife. Open sexism from ostensible feminists aside.
