We were going to hed this post with "The Defenestration Of Gaza", but we can't tell if anyone was actually thrown out of windows. The first guy was definitely thrown off the room, but maybe the second guy? Tough to say:

The CNN AP report doesn't mention this, but an extended version of the same story from Ha'aretz says that Fatah targeted the home of Prime Minister Haniyeh. You know what would really help these people: an independent state, international recognition, and a boatload of military and economic aid. We know that it's hard to imagine what a dramatic jump in aid would look like - the Palestinians are already at insanely high per capita levels, and still increasing slowly - but hopefully the international community will try anyway. Otherwise the Palestinians might do something crazy like terrorism. Or throwing each other off of buildings.
