Los Angeles Seminar On Countering Anti-Israel Propaganda
It appears to be the season for seminars and workshops on answering anti-Israel smears. This time it's on our side of the country, and it's the Alliance for Israel and World Jewry and Myths and Facts, along with Children of Jewish Holocaust Survivors Los Angeles (CJHSLA), CAMERA, The Israel Institute, Council for Israeli Community (CIC), and Israel Christian Nexus:

They've also got Yaron Gamburg from the Consulate giving the opening remarks. Again, we're never sure how much these talking points seminars help - down the 405 the other side has imams screaming "death to (Zionist) Jews", and we've got "yeah, but Israel had a UN post-partition mandate". That said, pro-Israel students are woefully unequipped to discuss even the most basic historical facts about Israel. So that needs to get fixed by seminars like these before progress can be made on any other front.
