Update: Hamas Soldiers Still Firing Rockets At Israeli Schools and Hospitals, 1.5 Tons Of Explosives Seized
Only a matter of time before they hit something, and the IDF knows it:
The Reuters wire on this incident is just precious by the way. Between "recent days have seen a drop in Palestinian rocket fire" and the mysterious failure to neglect that the claim of responsibility by Hamas means that the Palestinian government is committing war crimes against the State of Israel, we always know that we can rely on the MSM when we need a quick target to generate blog content. Calling them "militants" - a phrase that is trivially true on account of its broadness - lacks something in the way of the "soldiers of an elected government recognized by the UN"-ishness of the whole situation.
In other not entirely unrelated news, Egypt seized 1.5 tons of explosives on their way into the Gaza Strip. Presumably, the Palestinians were going to use them to "resist" the entrenched network of Israeli settlements that the Zionists have established across the Strip.
