Is Iran Holding A US Citizen Captive?

One Jerusalem report yes:

Parnaz Azima, a United States citizen and reporter for Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty, has been prevented from leaving Iran since she entered to visit a sick relation on January 25th. Iranian authorities took away her passport without providing any reason. Jeffrey Gedmin, President of Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty, called on Iranian authorities to release Azima.

Click through for a couple more links. One of them goes to Markedmanner, which reports that Azima works on the Voice of America's Persian service. So we have an American citizen, employed by a public diplomacy branch of the American government, being held captive in Iran. Are we missing anything?

Are they trying to actually start a war?
