You know who this is hardest on? The Europeans. They want just so badly to be able to give the Palestinians boatloads of money, and Hamas won't even pretend to be temporarily non-genocidal. What's an appeasement happy, latently anti-Semitic European to do?

You know who else is getting hurt by this? Us. These jagoffs are making our "no way they'll even go to a fullblown civil war" predictions look bad. And for that (and ok, for some of the other reasons too) we have to yet again express our disgust with the whole dirty business.
