The budding industry of sexual trafficking of Iranian girls has led to growing concerns about the spread of AIDS/HIV and other sexually-transmitted diseases throughout the region.
The feminist group Code Pink runs massive campaigns protesting US pressure on Iran. They consistently seek to undermine that pressure - including violating US travel sanctions, thereby granting legitimacy to the existing regime. And lest you think they're on the side of the women fighting Islamist gender apartheid, they're not:
It's almost like they don't really care about women's rights, and just use their thin leftist excuse as a platform for their anti-war activism. Or, more properly, their pro-war activism - just for the other side.
