Hamas Declares War, Blames Israel
Hamas has declared open war on Israel:
Hamas spokesman Mushir al-Masri initially said that the militant group vowed revenge in response to the action, in which a leading Fatah operative working for the group was killed. "This is an open war," said Hamas spokesman Mushir al-Masri. "They (the Israelis) are going to pay a heavy price for their crimes... We will not stand handcuffed.".
The more Hamas fails, the more vicious they become - now they intend to declare an end to their fake ceasefire, and they also intend to blame Israel for restarting the violence by assassinating a Hamas leader. Don't believe the hype: (1) Hamas has never (stopped their rocket attacks) (2) Even when Hamas wasn't directly lobbing bombs, they were using proxies from other terrorist organizations to do their dirty work:
Fatah man Hassan Madhoun, a professional troublemaker, a senior activist who over the past year had become a "free agent" working in collaboration with Hamas. This was an advantage for Hamas, which had obligated itself to the cease-fire among the Palestinian organizations. Before the cease-fire, Hamas located and dispatched suicide bombers to Gaza Strip crossings. Thereafter, Madhoun's collaboration allowed Hamas to continue attacks without having to bear the consequences. Hamas works similarly with the heads of another Fatah splinter group, the Popular Resistance Committees.
Speaking of failure:
IDF artillery bombarded areas in the nothern Gaza Strip used by militants to launch Qassam rockets into Israel, Israel Radio reported early Wednesday morning... Regional violence resumed on Tuesday after Israel Air Force missile strike on a car killed two Palestinian militants, in the Jabalya refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip... Israel Defense Forces soldiers arrested 12 Islamic Jihad fugitives in the northern West Bank before dawn on Tuesday, including an 18-year-old Palestinian from Jenin who planned to carry out a suicide bombing. An IDF soldier was lightly wounded by a bomb during the raid.
