Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, of Pat Robertson "he needs killing" fame, has leftist outlets and his own national media trumpeting that he's donating one billion barrels of oil to help the US poor. And even when you consider that by "donate" he means "sell" and that by "help the poor" he means "go stark raving mad," that's still an awfully nice gesture on his part. In fact, if he wasn't such a vicious, terrorist funding anti-Semite, we could almost see ourselves liking him. Ah well.
