And So It Goes On
Terrorist attacks in London. No claim of responsibility yet, but it's not exactly a mystery - multiple, near simultaneous blasts targeting civilian infrastructure.
UPDATE: Drudge is reporting, without a link, that "Scotland Yard told Israel minutes before explosions it had received warnings of possible attacks..."
ANOTHER UPDATE: Go to The Corner and just start reading straight down. K-Lo has been blogging all the news breaks and press conferences since like 30 seconds after it happened.
MORE UPDATES: NormBlog is saying (presumably from London radio or TV) that the attack on the bus was a suicide bomber.
STILL UPDATING: InstaPundit is rounding up the best posts on the bombings - this constant stream of information and analysis would have been impossible even two years ago.
UPDATES: Stan and I are chatting about this, and something came up that I thought I'd pass along. The topic is whether the bombing could've been the work of the IRA, and it seems like the consensus is no: The IRA (a) issues warnings (b) doesn't go for high-casualty attacks (c) doesn't do simultaneous attacks (d) would've already claimed credit and (e) has no motive to because the peace process is so far along. This is almost certainly Al Qaeda.
