They make it too easy:

Hamas leaders in the Gaza Strip on Saturday said they were considering an offer by Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas to join the PA cabinet.

I'm sure that incorporation into the government will moderate Hamas. Like it did for Hezbollah.
