The Palestinian Authority is claiming that they're going to turn Israel's evacuated West Bank settlements into colleges:
The Palestinian Authority's Ministry of Planning hopes to transform the Kadim and Ganim settlements into a campus for a technical college after Israel pulls out of the northern West Bank later this year.
They'll do that right after they beam pictures of them "conquering Jewish land" and raising the Palestinian flag over formally Jewish homes. It'll be a party - enough American and Israeli flags for everyone to burn! They want Israel to leave them something to work with? How razing the homes and randomly flinging bombs into there for a couple hours? The Palestinians can move in and make a golf course out of it.
