Sharon Nails It

Ha'aretz asked if Sharon had really gotten what he needed from the Bush press conference:

Sharon knows that over time... the heart-warming press conference will soon be forgotten... and he will need his ministers’ support. Without the support of Netanyahu, Livnat and Silvan Shalom, or at least two of the three, the prime minister could find himself in trouble.

The mystery. The suspense. Sharon's tactical brilliance:

Education Minister Limor Livnat and Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Sunday that they will back Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's disengagement plan.
