Very Limited Agenda
Islamist militants are not in a global battle against anyone who opposes the recreation of the caliphate. They do not target anyone and everyone who opposes them. They only target countries that they can get something very specific from, and if we give them whatever small thing they want they'll go away. Just ask China:
