In the Netherlands, pointing out the flaws of political Islam is the same as wanting to wipe out every Jew in the world:
The Dutch right-wing Freedom Party is furious about a paragraph in a primary school textbook in which party leader Geert Wilders’ film Fitna is put on a par with Adolf Hitler’s book Mein Kampf. The textbook, which will be distributed to 2,000 primary schools, cite Fitna and Mein Kampf as examples of one-sided thinking. The Freedom Party says it’s a disgrace that the textbook was subsidised by the Dutch government. The party speaks of political indoctrination and demands that the authors, the Day of Respect foundation recall the textbooks.
There’s a joke in here somewhere about how anti-Semitic neo-Nazis think that both Fitna and Mein Kampf are Zionist conspiracies, but eh. Anyway, Dutch Christians are now being instructed by politicians to “convert to Islam” while Muslim police officers are permitted to take oaths in the “name of Allah.” So all things considered, it seems like the country is on the upswing.
