Democrats’ Response: We Have Given The Iraqis Enough / Too Much

Is it just us, or have the Democrats just officially staked out vaguely racist isolationist fear-mongering as their official position? “Abandon Iraq” is literally their position – a position that, if perhaps nuanced, can be defended. But this is just just above rank “we’ve done enough for those brown people”, which – if it came from a Republican – would be getting described as such.

CNN’s shill at the White House just described the President’s national call to arms as a public relations campaign. As the Big A is wont to say: nuance.
