Please stop sending us emails (ok, it’s just been two of you – but it’s two in the last 20 minutes) saying that this is the consequence of Olmert’s weakness in response to the Shalit kidnapping. We know. Really we do. Which is partly why we’ve been saying for the last week and a half that Israel ought to launch a full scale war in response to the Palestinian government’s casus belli.
