It’s time for another exciting round of Dejafoo’s Choose the Joke. Today’s topic is the ass-whopping that France’s Conservative party just received from the Socialists:

(1) The Moscow Times probably has this headline saved as a template: “French ______ dealt crushing blow”.

(2) The French have finally found someone they can defeat.

(3) Socialists? Socialists?!?! Is France moving back in time? Next thing you know, they’ll go 1960s style and start selling oil infrastructure and arms to Ba’athist dictators in the Middle East.
